How to activate Incoming caller full photo on S23 Ultra

I get what you are going at, you would like it to use the allready set profile pictures as background. But what i can see you cant do that atm, not even with the help of Shortcut Maker App and LABS. But this solution can and will work, but you have to set the images for all contacts like this.

Hope this helps someone out there :)

First open the contact you want background image on, press the 3 dots then choose Edit BackgroundClick the "+" Sign and choose "Choose from Gallery", and browser and find the image you want as background. And acceptAt preview just press the set as background buttonIncomming calls from that person will now look like this.
