Call sound problem.

I have purchased a used samsung S21 ultra. I am experiencing call volume problems. Sometimes, the sound from the caller side is very slow. This may be a hardware issue or any settings issue. Please assist me. I have only 25 days left on my warranty.

The sound of my mobile phone sometimes increases automatically when it's connected to my car's Bluetooth.

Try cleaning the call speaker which is near front camera. Use a thin brush or a pin. Many times call volume decrease due to dust on call speaker.
