Kindly note that the native call recording feature availability depends on the device region, software version, and local regulations. In some Middle East regions, call recording may not be supported officially, which is why the option may not appear on the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
If the feature is available on the device region, it can normally be found through: Phone > Settings > Record Calls
Please also ensure the device software is updated to the latest available version.
