Call recording using third party apps

As most of the flagship smartphones and feature phone are supporting in built call recorder or allowing third party apps to record incoming/out going calls. Why exynos S9 & S9+ restricting this feature.

Indian laws make it unclear whether or not call recording is legal, that would be a reason. Apparently, call recording without proper consent is also not legal in EU as per a new regulation.
