Call recording in S20 FE 5G is not happening properly

The call recording of phone call is not happening properly and it did recorded 2 calls after that after 12 midnight 4 calls came and 2 calls I made but not recording. Is there some bug in software as all settings are correct and today company did the same thing. But nothing is happening. Customer care has taken note of this and they are saying will resolve.  Even heating of phone is too much and I decreased the smoothness 120 to 60hz

Call recording won't work if wi fi calling is on..

If you are using wifi calling then it won't work

if your phone switches between wifi calling and cell network during the call it will stop working... Go to phone press the 3 dots go to recording and select all calls... It will work fine..

As for the heating am using the same phone for the last 4 months now and don't see it as a issue... Mild heating is there in excessive data transfer...
