 I would like to know if samsung can made an update for samsung galaxy S25ultra, to get call recorder in the region of South Africa , please? I live in Mauritius and don't have the function but with the new update on my iPhone 15, I got the function call recorder and transcript. I brought the S25ultra specifically because of that function and now can't get it . Please fix it.

The call recorder function is available on the S-series however it is region locked.

But how come the call recorder is lock from region of Africa for samsung but not on iPhone?

Good morning Chrisj 121004,me also i live in mauritius,i'm from central flacq,waiting from Samsung to do something for you will be an eternity,if ever you are passing by central flacq you can come to my place,i'll do the necessary for you ,just have to change the csc to ILO and it's done you will have call recorder on your phone ,it just take about ten minutes to do it

Good morning Chrisj 121004,as per your message ,i can tell you this will not affect your warranty,me on all my Samsung phone as from Android 10 i've change the csc because Google never allowed any call recorder application to function,i've done it for my friends and colleagues at work ,and i can say they got no problem whenever going for reparation at service center because the warranty still stand
