sir,there is no such settings for call history that you can select delete extra call history after 50 calls or 100 calls something....it's default now ..if system thinking that it's exceeding then only it deleting previous few automatically....it's depends on device to device

if you have installed jio 4g voice app please uninstall. I faced same problems after uninstall jio 4g voice app it resolved.
