I agree with dineth. Actually, there is no way to enable native call recording unless you change the CSC code. However, changing CSC requires root, which will void your warranty, plus it might cause permanent damage to your device if modded incorrectly. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend doing so unless you have experience in modding your device. You can try alternative apps from the Play Store for call recording. Hope this helps!
