Call Recording

I use the in-built call recording feature on my S20 and I've found that it records calls from SIM 1 only. It doesn't record calls made/received on SIM 2. Why is this?

Nope bro, I have used call recording on my S20+ and now using on Note 10+. the only one time call recording stops is when you are using WIFI calling, So chk again you may have activated WiFi calling for your SIM2. So try disabling it if you wanna record those calls too.

are use using wifi calling for sim 2 ? if it's like that then you can't record call

If you are using wifi calling then it won't work(either with sim1 or 2)..
