I'm using Galaxy S8 Plus model number is SM-G955FD. I'm not able to make calls. When I try to make a call it says "Can't make outgoing calls while call barring is on".

I didn't activate call baring. In settings I've already check it is disabled.

Hi, 

Please try the below: 

Go to Phone settings -> Supplementary services -> Call baring -> Voice call -> turn off whatever is turned on

hi. when i received incoming call it took a 10 second before i hear the caller. how to fix it?

Hi there,

Please try the following steps and see if it helps resolve the issue: 

- From Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Search for network or search manual > Select the right network.

- Then Restart the phone.

- If the same issue exists, please open Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Enter the PIN of the screen > Reset network settings.

- Try another SIM card.

- Otherwise, please contact the network provider.

 

If the issue continues, please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center.
