CPID Mobile ki I think Update nahin aati hai...
Aisa mujhe shop wale ne hi btaya tha me ne kabhi khud used nahin kiya...

1- even if you get major software update somehow, the major issue is with security updates
2- Signals issue, though not all the time.
3- heating issue at times
4- overall performance and some time hardware issues like battery drain etc
5- Most important of all it's totally illegal. We can blame government for high pta taxes, but as per law the use is not legal
6- resale is problematic, you wont get good price.

My suggestion is, buy a year or two old phone but make sure it's official pta approved. Or go for some other brand like xiaomi or vivo, they give good specs at very competitive price with flagship grade build quality and performance plus now they are also giving major software support for 2,3 years. Which i guess is not at all a bad deal.

Yes I completely agree, its totally illegal, if someone wants to buy flagship phones then go for used PTA Approved phone.
Also have other options with low price in mi vivo techno with same specs.

What if someone buy a non PTA smartphones. Major issue is network sim calls, data. except this he may face any other issue?

Non pta phones apko government k allowed time tak koi trouble ni den gy, which is i guess 2 months from first use. Afterwards, obviously phone will be blocked.
