CAN'T SEND MESSAGES

When I try to send msgs it keeps saying " can't send message telkom error 2, can somebody help? I know it may not be samsung problem but I'm sure someone can help here.

Probably the best way forward is to Google what telkom error 2 means then either try solve it or phone telkom support
