Turn on the camera access permission from the notification panel.
Or search camera access inside settings and give the access.

You have downloaded another camera app. Please remove that and grant permission to default camera app.

That shouldn't be an issue(normally) as most people including me use multiple camera apps. He has to grant permission to the default app anyway, regardless of the installation of a 3rd party app. No need to remove the 3rd party app, if any.

Did you search camera access and turned on the toggle? It is different from giving permission. It's a privacy setting.

Go to settings - privacy - check whether both camera access and microphone access toggles are turned on.

If this still doesn't solve the problem, try testing the camera in Safe mode(search youtube for the steps).
As Ravi bro said, may be the some other app is blocking your camera from being used.

Go to settings and search "device admin apps". If there are any 3rd party apps there having permission there, turn off the permission.
