Is Samsung India offering any buyback option for s9+ when purchasing \prebooking S10 + ??

Yes they are offering additional discounts on exchange of old device

Unfortunately they do not yet have the additional discount available for S9 + especially when prebooking s10 + ...the option on galaxy app is only for note9 and the quote id generated from it does not work while prebooking s10+
