Bugs in One UI 4.0 S10+

there are minor bugs in the One UI 4.0 update in the S10+,

1. a bit of lag when we choose color pattern for the homescreen & app icons.

2. eye comfort shield is not working properly.

3. overall the phone feels so laggy.

Bro, do you have this issue where you aren't able to apply palette to icons?? For my phone, it is disabled. I cleared my cache from recovery mode, restarted phone 5-6 times, changed 2-3 wallpapers, but this option is disabled only.

Clear cache particle after every update. I have no such issues in my S10+.
