Bug on s7 edge

Whenever i turn on and off location services from notification bar especially while turning off location security folder pops up asking for pin number or fingerprint. Does anyone have noticed. Samsung please squash this annoying bug

After s7 edge got April's update i am unable to install/ Update Latest apks says:
"App not installed.
The package conflicts with an existing package by the same name."
What to do?

That Samsung has blocked manual updates to make sure that device is stable
