Hello, we understand you are experiencing an issue with your Secure Folder not locking automatically when you leave the app.
We can guide you to check the auto-lock settings for your Secure Folder. Here are the steps:
Open the Secure Folder on your device.
Tap on the three vertical dots (More options) in the top-right corner.
Go to Settings.
Select Auto lock Secure Folder.
In this menu, you can choose when the Secure Folder will lock automatically. To ensure it locks immediately when you leave the app, select the option "Each time I leave an app".
The "Lock and exit" option is a manual way to lock the Secure Folder and exit it at the same time. If this option is missing or you continue to experience issues, please ensure your device's software is updated to the latest version. You can check for updates by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
If the problem persists after checking these settings and updating your software, please submit an error report through the Samsung Members app on your device. This will allow our developers to investigate the issue more closely.

Send an error report along with log files to customer support through this members app, and Samsung will add/fix it in the next update. To do that, follow this procedure
Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
If you find this helpful, I'd appreciate it if you could ACCEPT it as a SOLUTION. Thank you 😊
