I have an S25 Ultra and I use a protective leather cover and screen protector. My phone did not fall from my hand; I am 100% sure. But yesterday I woke up and checked the back, as someone told me to show phone, and it was broken. Is this due to temperature? At that time, my mobile temperature was high. This also happened with my S6; it cracked in front of my eyes due to temperature, but I wasn't able to see it crack immediately. Is there any warranty? (I pre-ordered it.)
If u pre ordr it their might a warnt but as u said its cracked i dont think they wil claim the warnty haa they might change the display by taking cost ...
