All the features available in good lock app not compatible with all the devices.

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
• Settings > general management > reset > reset settings.
• Make sure that 20% internal storage is free for which clear the RAM memory and storage of device (Settings > Device care > Memory/Storage > Clean Now).
• Settings > display > accidental touch protection / touch sensitivity > enable.
