I've recently noticed all my pics taken are blurry and terrible . Very disappointing as those moments can't be had again !!! I have Google this issue and its seems to be a problem with a number of samsung phones .I have reset my camera app, I be updated all the latest Samsung releases , I have cover and the lense is clean . This phone has never been dropped. Its only 3 months old .
Has anyone got a solution 🤔?? A permanent one! I don't want to be at a function and all my picture are useless and terrible to look at and share ....
@Samsung- the flagship models that we have purchased and that you sell cannot in 2020 have such an issue !!! This is totally unacceptable and in no way increases the credibility of your product . I'm utterly disappointed that I've got a phone which is un reliable when I have to take pictures. My older phone be it 6 years old takes clearer pictures than my S20+ !
Please urgently provide a solution and a reliable one too !
