Tips needed please. My new Bluetooth headphones won't connect to my S7. I've tried clearing the cache and unpairing existing devices but it won't pick them up.

Please try these steps in sequence.
1. Check your software is up to date.
Settings >software update>Download and install.
2. Update all apps from both app stores.
3. Restart your device.
4. Turn OFF wifi and try pairing your device.
5. DISABLE or UNINSTALL all the apps that use bluetooth. (Check again)
6. Clear cache and data and reboot.(check again)

If the problem still persist, try wiping your cache partition.

1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold volume up, home and power buttons until S7 logo appears.
3. Select Wipe cache partition from the recovery menu. (Use the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select.)
4. Let the operation complete and reboot the phone.
