Since your S21 FE is not responding to Bluetooth earphones' volume buttons, but the same earphones work on other devices, the issue is likely with your phone's settings or software. Here’s how you can fix it:
✅ Try These Fixes:
1️⃣ Enable "Media Volume Sync" 🎵
Settings > Connections > Bluetooth
Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon next to Realme T310
Look for "Media Volume Sync" and enable it (if available).
2️⃣ Reset Bluetooth Settings 🔄
Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings
This will reset Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Mobile settings (won’t delete personal data).
3️⃣ Enable Absolute Volume Control 🔊
Open Developer Options (if not enabled: Settings > About phone > Tap "Build Number" 7 times).
Go to Settings > Developer Options
Find "Disable Absolute Volume" and turn it OFF.
4️⃣ Try Safe Mode 🛠️
Restart your phone in Safe Mode (Press & hold Power Off > Tap & hold Power Off again > Select Safe Mode).
Check if volume buttons work in Safe Mode. If they do, a third-party app might be the issue.
5️⃣ Unpair & Pair Again 🔁
Settings > Bluetooth > Forget Realme T310
Restart your phone and pair again.
6️⃣ Software Update 📲
Settings > Software Update > Check for Updates
Ensure your phone is on the latest update.
7️⃣ Check with Other Bluetooth Devices 🎧
Since other earphones also don’t work, try a Bluetooth speaker and see if its volume buttons work.
❗ If the Issue Persists:
It might be a Samsung One UI bug. Try using Samsung Members app (Support > Diagnostics > Bluetooth).
Factory reset (last resort if nothing works).
