Bluetooth not working on windows 10

After the UI2.5 update I am not able to connect to any windows 10 laptop. I tried on 2 different ones.

I reinstalled the driver on laptop , restarted it a couple of times.
Also I have cleared data and cache on phone's bluetooth too.

Bluetooth speakers are connecting fine though.

Help please!

Ha, check for updates as Windows 10 2004 has driver issues.

my issue with a51 was resolved my samsung..... samsung had the best customer care service than any other brand.
sent log files and they will provide you solution within 5 days

Maybe a software glitch.. Better visit service center for reflashing firmware.. It definitely helps in performance of your device too ✌️✌️
