Hi, please make sure that your device software is up-to-date. (Settings > Software update > Download and install) Then update all your apps from both Playstore and Galaxy store.
After that reset your Galaxy wearable app. (Settings > Apps > Galaxy wearable > Storage > Clear Cache > Clear Data). Also make sure that, it is away from other paired devices.

Please try after resetting your Earbuds. Open the Galaxy Wearable app > Scroll down and tap 'About earbuds' > Reset earbuds > Reset.
Then restart your phone.
Also please make sure that, it's not getting interfered by your wifi router. Check with a different location. If that don't help, please explain your issue in detail.
