I was using Bose Soundsport pulse earphone in My samsung s10+ ceramic 512 gb phone. However, i unpaired it from my device and now when I'm trying to reconnect, its not pairing. It says "Kindly Check settings of your device". I even tried reset the connection settings, but not working. Is it a samsung s10 plus software issue? Can somebody help please? ..Thanks

Please try another Bluetooth device to confirm the issue from the device or from the earphone, if the issue still, please visit the nearest service center.

Tried using same earphone with another phone, its connecting. again tried different BT earphones on my samsung phone, it isnt getting connected
