Blue light filter bug

Why the effect of blue light filter doesn't appear on lock screen and shows up after unlocking the phone 

Also when whatsapp is opened the screen for biometric authentication doesn't show up the filter.

Why is so ?

It was supposed to be fixed in these big updates of one ui 6, but isn't.

Please take this into notice as it degrades the user experience.
