Why isn't Samsung Galaxy S7 not getting Bixby?
And why isn't it getting the new UI?
I have seen other phones getting the new UI. Why not S7?

Because those phones were launched in 2017. S7 was launched in 2016. It will get the latest UI with the Oreo update next year.
