Bixby voice

After 6 month but there is no bixby voice !
what should I do wrong?
bcz i loyal to Samsung?

new update came & came but no Bixby voice activities.
it's a matter of sorrow I can't take it any more.

sorry Sumsung you disappointing me again and again price down etc . I regret that I am a Samsung user.
