Bixby voice won't respond, with button nor with voice command

my Bixby won't turn on no matter. it was fine all the past months since I've bought but it won't work nor show in Bixby home. I've tried pressing it long enough and calling it's name, with no success.

I'm trying to browse photo in one of the dating sites using my mobile samsung S7 Galaxy, this message come to me : pop-up blocked .... I don't know the meaning and it does not allow me for browsing .... this is not happening before with me ....
