Bixby voice won't respond, with button nor with voice command

my Bixby won't turn on no matter. it was fine all the past months since I've bought but it won't work nor show in Bixby home. I've tried pressing it long enough and calling it's name, with no success.

guys... i just checked there is a software update of 1417mb i guess its for oreo on the note 8. will update the software n let you guys knw if bixby works.

same issue!! It was fine untill I received oreo update!!
