Bixby voice not working

Hi,
I use a S8 plus and I have updated bixby voice to the latest version. But when I activate it an error comes saying "update system software to use Bixby voice ". But system software is up to date. pls has anyone faced a similar situation????763f1a07-9113-4a92-b009-f90edb81c623.jpg

Just now unistalled updates of bixby voice and bixby home. Update was prompted and I did it. Still asking me to update system software

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. The relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
