Bixby text call function is not working

This function is not working in my s23 ultra

Hey I found a work around.. First download the language pack from the below link.
Next when you turn on the feature, Try to click on language in quick succession. It will open the language page
Then, Click the cancel on download prompt and change the language to US English.....
It workes

Thank you so much bro!!! Had been looking for a solution for ages now. But this worked like a charm.

For those who could not get it to work even after enabling, turn off wifi calling and it'll start working. Maybe Samsung will fix this bug in an update.
