Bixby response sound not functioning in the absence of internet connectivity.

Hi

I am writing to report a bug with the Bixby voice assistant on my Samsung S23 Plus smartphone. When I say the wake phrase, "Hi Bixby," the assistant usually responds with a sound, which helps me locate my phone. ,

"But if there is no internet connectivity, Bixby does not make any sound, and I cannot tell if it has responded or not."

I have tried all the available settings in Bixby, but the issue persists. I have been using Samsung S series phones for over five years and am familiar with all the Bixby settings.

I believe this is a bug that needs to be fixed by Samsung. I hope they will address this issue in a future software update.

First check Bixby Vision is in deep sleep mode or not.
If it is in deep sleep mode try to shift it into "not sleeping app" category & check if it works.
If the upper mentioned method still doesn't work try updating both apps to their latest version from galaxy apps store.

If this still doesn't work try uninstall and install both apps from galaxy store.
It will solve the problem.
Don't forget to restart after Installing the apps from galaxy store.

Hi, thank you for your prompt response. The Bixby applications are not sleeping applications. I have already attempted both methods two to three times.

Then try to clear cache memory and clear data for the both apps and start setup again ❤️

Hey, I've tried everything I can think of, but I'm still having this weird issue with Bixby. When I'm connected to the internet, Bixby responds with a sound when I say "Hi Bixby," but when I turn off my Wi-Fi and mobile network, there's no sound. This started happening after the 6.1 update. I've cleared the app cache and even did a hard reset to clear the cache, but nothing seems to work.😌
