Would like to know if there is a way i can get bixby on galaxy s7 edge. Its a really kool feature and would like to have it without upgrading my phone.

you will get some of the features from bixby on Oreo update, however, it won't be like it is on S8 or S9.

Yes, we have flashable zips available. But your device needs to be rooted and should also have a custom recovery installed.
