Bixby connectivity issue

I got my new s8 a few days ago and I've been trying to get bixby voice to work but at the moment it's pretty much unusable. I have cleared cache and data, Uninstalled updates and then reinstalled updates, wiped cache partition and as of yet had no luck. Occasionally it will let me do a couple of things but most of the time it either completely ignores me (I've got voice feedback On, sensitivity set to high, unlock with voice and enhanced voice recognition on) or doesn't do anything. When it does recognise what I am saying the bixby logo will pop up on the screen and it will type out what I have said. Then it will do nothing for about 10/20 seconds before saying "looks like there is a connection problem. let's try again" but it doesn't try again it just goes off. I have got a strong WiFi signal and 4g. Please can someone help.

yeah check out the connection well once again..
Nd as soon the Bixby icon pop-up.. try to say the words as soon as possible. say it quickly.

i recommend tachyon wifi or airtel 4g ....it needs stable net not high speed
