Kindly follow the below steps to overcome the issue: - Navigate to settings>>apps>>3 dot>>show system apps>>Bixby voice>>clear data. - On the Bixby Home screen, tap 3 dot→ Settings → Voice wake-up and tap the switch to activate it. - Tap and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup. Now you can say “Hi Bixby”, and when the device emits a sound, say what you want. - If still issue persists, please provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
