I'd advise u to try Capcut, it's got a lot of features that you can use to produce creative content

You can do both on Capcut, but If you want to use a separate app, My personal Favourite is Snapseed, because it's free and you are not limited to the all best features. Plus you can Get tutorials on how to use the features if u r a new user
