Battery stats stopped showing

Can anybody tell me what could be the issue? 

The battery stats stopped showing. I didn't change the battery or anything 

Phone is S20+ 5G OneUI 3.0

found a fix for this issue. apparently i wasn't the only one having this problem.

Charge you phone to 100% than either clear device care cache or factory reset. 100% is must
