Battery replacement advice

Aoa, hope all members are doing well.

I have s21 ultra official phone.

Some time ago like 2 to 3 months back, i had battery issue, the diagnostic feature shows that my phone battery is weak and needs replacement. 

In Lahore where could i get it repaired:

1: Should i go for local replacement( estimated 6-7k) or though Official service centre (estimated 11k)

2:If local, is there any recommendations where i can get the original battery and with excellent health or condition and the re-sealing or refitting is like company's.

I have contacted a local shop with good reviews, and the battery i am getting is original (oilled out of another phone), but the thing is how good would be its health and the fitting(i would prefer original like)
