Battery replaced still not recognised.

Hey. I got the battery replaced from authorised Samsung service centre and yet I keep getting the same message. Is this normal or the centre duped me? 
How do I even know if they put in a genuine new battery?

Reinstall the Samsung members app, restart your phone and re-check

Wait for it to complete few charge/discharge cycles.
