Try this ...
Drain you battery to 0% Untill it switch on by it's own and then charge it till 100% ...
Note : Charge your phone while phone if off ....

DRAINED TILL 0% AND CHARGE IT TILL 100 %
AND CHECK HOW LONG IT KEEPS !

Not guaranteeing the solution but you can try this:
1) Discharge your phone conpletely to the point it switch off.
2) Then restart it and again discharge it as phone switches off with some reserve .
3) Repeat the procedure till it won't switch back on.

Then put it on charge and let it charge till 100% in switched off state.

After that switch on the device and check .

If issue still there , please visit service center.

Replace with a new battery. No optimization is going to help for sure. Been there
