When I'm at work my s21plus battery last to 6 to 7hrs but when I'm in my place the phone battery last long hrs

Imo, it could be because you're on data at work. Usually at home, WiFi is consistent which means it is less likely to be "hunting" for a strong network connection Vs when you use data by your carrier. It takes more energy to keep a stable connection and you could also be in low connection zones that cause your phone to constantly hunt for a good connection - consuming battery in the process. This is why you should stick to using WiFi as much as you can.

Also when u are outdoors screen brightness goes to full that's y the battery won't last long but when u are in indoors screen brightness is on 10percent

Yeah, that can also be a factor. Honestly, it's more than just connection and screen brightness too. There's so much we can add that factors into the battery consumption haha.
