Thank you for reaching out regarding your Galaxy S23 Ultra. We understand the inconvenience caused by the battery percentage fluctuating and charging not working properly. To assist you further, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check for software updates: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to ensure your device is running the latest version.
  2. Optimize device performance: Navigate to Settings > Device care > Optimize now.
  3. Clear cache partition: Power off your device. >  Press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons until the Samsung logo appears. > Use the volume keys to highlight Wipe cache partition and confirm with the Power button.
  4. Safe mode test: Restart your device in Safe Mode (press and hold Power > tap and hold Power off > Safe mode) to check if a third‑party app is causing the issue.
  5. Inspect charger and cable: Ensure you are using the original Samsung charger and cable. Try another certified charger if available.
  6. Battery health check: Go to Samsung Members > Support > Phone diagnostics > Battery status to check the condition of your battery.

If the issue persists after these steps, we recommend visiting a Samsung Service Center for a full inspection. You can locate your nearest center here: Samsung Service Centers UAE.
