Battery issue

My galaxy s10plus gives the battery action required warning in the diagnostics of the battery even after the battery was replayed with a genuine ssung battery.

1. Check Battery Usage and health
2. Close Background Apps
3. Enable Adaptive Battery, Auto disable unused apps and Optimize Settings
4. Turn Off Tap To Wake Feature
5. Enable Accidental Touch Protection 
6. Reduce your Screen timeout
7. Turn Night mode on
8. Restart your device
