I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy S23, approximately 25 days ago. Prior to this, I was using a different brand of phone that was not a flagship model and had a battery capacity of only 400 mAh more than the S23. Despite this difference, the battery life of my previous phone was significantly better than that of my new S23. Additionally, my previous phone was less than half the price of the S23 and was 2.5 years old.

Initially, I believed that the battery issue with my S23 could be attributed to a software problem because i checked the battery health in settings and it indicates that it is good . As a result, I took my phone to a service center to have the latest UI version reinstalled. This process resulted in the loss of all my data, and unfortunately, there was no improvement in the battery life even after the software update. 

Additionally, the device utilizes a 25-watt charger, which would not be problematic if the battery life were adequate. However, given the insufficient battery backup, it becomes inconvenient to charge the device multiple times a day.

In light of this situation, I kindly request that Samsung address this issue and provide a solution through a software update. The S23 has a battery capacity of 3900 mAh, which has the potential for better optimization. I believe that Samsung can resolve this problem and improve the battery life of the S23.

What is your screen on time? You can check that in your battery settings if you don't know. How much SOT are you getting for 100% battery. If it is above 6 hrs then it is absolutely fine don't worry.

And also make sure you've turned on the light performance profile, this makes no difference in the performance but improves battery life though.

No bro it is not 6 hrs it is max to max 5 hours on normal use without any heavy task like gaming and camera .

In case the issue still occurs, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
