Battery issue in S21FE

I bought galaxy S21FE on 24 and continuously I'm facing battery issue. I'm getting only 4 hour's screen on time in normal usages. Is this only in my phone or everyone's phone?

My SOT, I think mine unit is not good. Can I exchange this from samsung store?

Turn refreh rate from 120hz to 60hz problem will be solved I'm using it and backup is 1 day approx

Then what is the use of getting 120hz phone. Point is we should at least get 7-8 hours of SOT!
