Battery going down fastly and camera and torch not working

Aoa,

My samsung galaxy s10+ battery is drastically decreasing and when click on Camera and Torch the message pop-ups that these are being used by some other app. I have visited Samsung seevice located in Johar town and they advise to format the phone. I also did that but no result. Then again today i visited the service center and they said it is software problem and we not deal it with here.

So someone kindly guide me what do about this issue or refer some other service other where this problem can be solve.
