Battery draining problem for s8

Why is s8 draining battery heavily after the last update than before? Is it only for me or everyone else??

usually it lasts a day but now it is dropping heavily giving a max of 4-5 hours normal usage

Try to see which apps are consuming battery more and put such apps on sleep mode. also turn off mobile data, wifi, Bluetooth etc. when not in use.

I put my phone in mid power saving mode and put all apps to sleep when not in use.I'm an avid user of phones so i know all of that.Even tech YouTubers are facing this issue and are unable to solve this so they are switching phones

you should have taken battery life in consideration while buying. s8+ has more battery life than s8.

we know how to maintain our phones.This is not only my issue but lot of them.Even popular YouTubers are leaving this phone bcz of this problem.Is Samsung trying to slow down phones jus like apple do?? If so we will be looking for a new company to buy phones.
