I bought it recently and facing serious battery drain issue.. battery won't last more than 2hrs. ..I brought the device 4 dayback... is this phone issue... I checked and there is no app in the background... please help.

Full charge will not last for 2 hours ? You mean to say battery percentage goes down by 1 % every minute even the phone is in idle ?
Then it's a serious issue. Do a factory reset from boot screen. And don't install anything. Just login with your Google id and leave it. And then observe it.

Visit center, battery life is good on fe 5g.. I easily get 7 to 8 hrs on wifi..
Backup improves once learning pattern parts gets completed in a week

What do you mean by learning pattern... and do you play games and run heavy apps... coz I never did .. I only used it for normal apps and browsing
