Battery draining fast on S20

Battery life is too poor on Samsung S20.. too bad battery backup. Please help me some one , how to increase battery backup on s20?

Charge ur phone once a day (if can)
Charge ur phone from 20% to 80%
Turn on adaptive battery by going to settings - more battery settings - adaptive battery 🔋
Clean cache of ur apps and games also

Just sell it brother. 120 hz refresh rate and excellent display but battery is 4000 mah..
